Annual Service Agreements
For a guaranteed response to support your critical equipment, consider our annual On-Site or Return to Depot Service agreements.
For our On-Site agreements, we provide a guaranteed 8 hour response to either repair or replace your printer. All parts, labor & travel is included and you even get (3) scheduled preventive maintenance service calls to keep your printer working in tip top shape.
Our more affordable Return to Depot service plan provides you with a guaranteed 2 day turnaround from the time the equipment is received. Scanners and printers are supported by our depot agreements. All parts, labor and return ground freight is included in this plan.
Printheads are not covered in our Service agreements but, if you buy all of your labels & ribbons exclusively from Dynamic Services, we’ll throw in free replacement printheads in the Service Agreement.
Time & Material Repair Services
For your equipment that is not in a critical operation or if you have equipment redundancy, our Time and Material services provide you the same factory trained technicians to repair your equipment but without a guaranteed response. We can service your equipment at your facility or you can send in your printers and scanners to our service depot in Foothill Ranch, CA.
Label Printer Spare Parts
If you have your own technical or maintenance department, we have the necessary spare parts for you to maintain your label printers. Printheads, platen rollers, belts, main boards for Zebra, Datamax, Sato, Eltron and Intermec printers are in stock. We also have used main boards available that are guaranteed to perform.
Installation & Training Services
Does your crew need training on operator use and maintenance of your label printers? Our factory trained field engineers can give qualified training on the do’s & don’ts for your equipment. We also provide operator training for LabelView printing software.
